Print Recipe
Prep Time:20 minutes
Setting Time in Refrigerator:1 hour
Total Time:1 hour 20 minutes

Equipment

  • Wooden Dowels or Kebab Skewers
  • Microwaveable Bowl for Melting Candy Melts or Chocolate
  • Bowl for Sprinkles
  • Greaseproof Baking Paper and Tray or Baking Mat
  • Edible Marker in Black

Ingredients

  • 1 Bag Large Marshmallows
  • 1 Bag Regular Marshmallows
  • 1 Tub Heart Sprinkles
  • 1 Tub Freeze Dried Fruit Pieces - raspberry strawberry or cranberry are all red so good choices
  • 1 Pack White Candy Melts

Instructions

  • Skewer the smaller marshmallow first and move it up to about halfway.
  • Add the large marshmallow - this is his body and so it needs to stand him up. Make sure the stick doesn't poke through too far and wobble him over.
  • With edible marker, draw Baymax's features. They're very easy, like a little barbell.
  • Melt your chocolate or melts in the microwave and dip Baymax's bottom into them, coating up about a third of the way.
  • Remove from the candy or chocolate and make sure he's not drippy.
  • Hold over an empty bowl and sprinkle your freeze dried fruit pieces on,
  • Take a heart sprinkle and dab with candy melt or chocolate, and place where Baymax's heart is.
  • Stand to set on greaseproof paper and refrigerate.
