Colour each part the shade you’d like. I used green and then mixed royal blue and green together for the darker green. Wear gloves if you don’t want green hands!
Wrap each ball of dough, which will look like playdoh now, in clingfilm and refrigerate for at least 4 hours
Remove the clingfilm and roll each colour to a thickness of about 3mm.
Lay the two colours on top of each other and cut one edge flat.
This will be the start of your roll.
Roll from the straight edge slowly using the clingfilm to ensure a tight roll.
Cover your biscuit roll in cling film like a sausage and refrigerate for at least another hour so it’s easier to cut!
Remove from fridge and cling film and cut into slices as thick as you’d like your cookies.
Lay on baking paper covered tray and bake at Gas Mark 6 for 12 minutes.
Keep an eye on them so they don’t brown.
