One of the perks of staying at Riverside Lifestyle last month was that we were all catered for by The Little Kitchen Company.  For £40 per head, we enjoyed a tasty three course meal without shopping, preparing, cooking or cleaning up after ourselves, in the comfort of our own accommodation.  It was bliss.  I only captured photographs of the first two courses, salmon roulade [or goats’ cheese] starters and chicken in mushroom sauce main courses because I was daydreaming, drinking pink champagne from Mel’s family vineyard in France, and I managed to inhale the summer fruit trifle before I noticed I hadn’t in fact snapped it. Sorry – but  you can check out what it looked like, complete with a sweet little viola as a topping, on any of the other ladies’ blogs that I enjoyed my stay with.

The Little Kitchen Company is a Hampshire based business [hooray!] and caters for all kinds of events – their posh picnics would have made my life a lot easier at times had I know about them, especially days out with the boys!  Their food was delicious and they were so efficient – if you’re hosting an event any time soon and need the pressure in the kitchen taken off, hop over to their website and take a look!
