DINNER WITH FRIENDS – PRIVATE GROUP DINING
Now I’m getting older, I’m less [far less] about the clubs and pubs, and more about relaxing and chatting and enjoying a good meal with friends. Last Year I was lucky enough to be invited on a retreat with a dozen or so close friends to sample the delights of the Hampshire countryside [which I…
GROWING OUR OWN: CAT-POOP PROTECTION IDEAS
After last week’s adventures with Flora in London at the Grain Store, I’ve been willing Spring to come around faster so that I can get our seeds started ready for growing again. Each year we try and grow more and more of our own vegetables and fruit in the garden – and simultaneously protect them from the…
TAKE ME BACK [PARKDEAN HOLIDAYS]
Cross-legged on the floor, rifling through my parents’ huge box of photographs I began to wonder. There are hundreds of sepia, black and white and polaroid photographs of around a decade and a half of holiday memories. Memories made here in England, on our green and pleasant land. Windbreaks and wellyboots, camping or caravanning, we…
Keep Britain Breastfeeding Scavenger Hunt: All Hands To The Pump!
After yesterday’s confession about the Day I Shot A Man, it’s day five out of seven of the Keep Britain Breastfeeding Scavenger Hunt and today we’re talking about something I’m an old hand at now. It’s breastmilk pumping. If you normally read my blog and the breast discussions are not your thing, please be advised…
DON’T FEAR THE MESS – #PAMPERSPOOFACE
Babies are beautiful – from the first glance at birth, we’re captivated. Their exquisite little features render us helpless and we fall head over heels, secretly thinking that whilst other babies are a little odd, in an angry-old-man-looking manner, somehow you have the most gorgeous looking little being on the face of the earth. …

This shop has been compensated by Collective Bias, Inc. and its advertiser, Sir Harold Hillier Gardens. All opinions are mine alone. #CollectiveBias Growing up, the best place in the world to be was our garden. We have the Super Bowl coming up tonite, so I think everyone in my area is gearing up for the big game. Especially since our team is in the big game!
First of all, he's adorable. I've been just relaxing and gearing up for the Super Bowl this Sunday.
I took my daughters and we went over to my fathers house today. We helped him clean up his house but we're not close to being done. Nice to help someone out when needed. 🙂
Aww he is just a cutie. Love it! Been busy here due to a travel I am going 🙂
I absolutely love your photography, the light is always so beautiful in them. Your boys are just adorable!
Love your photos – beauty and peaceful – Yes the super bowl was well a bit of a shock at the end, right?
Awwww he is too cute ❤❤❤❤❤ my Sunday ughhh…. I have been sick since Friday but as you already know… No sick days for moms lol…
We got snowed in. No school today either.. it's gorgeous outside (but only because I don't have to go out in it). 🙂
I don't like football (at all) so I did not watch the Super Bowl. I did, however, watch several of the commercials on my computer. That was enough football excitement for me!
We've been getting slammed with snow snow snow. I can't believe it just doesn't end lol.
I love this picture. I want to take my family out to my mom-in-law's to take some pictures like this with beautiful background scenery.
I've been swamped with work lately, and don't have time to really blog or take pictures, but I plan on participating in the BloggersGetSocial Instagram February Challenge.
Not much. It's been snowing like crazy in these parts and so I took time to clean house from top to bottom.
