ENJOY THE BIG LITTLE TENT FESTIVAL

Sharing is caring!

Hey, friends! It’s time for the second Big Little Tent Festival, hosted by the Caravan Club! Over Easter weekend, the 3rd and 4th of April, the Caravan and Motorhome Club want you to pitch and party at home, staying safe and having fun in your home and your garden. The idea is to pitch your tent at home, and enjoy the weekend as you would at a festival, but in a covid-safe arena. They’ve planned every detail and everything is free!

The weather over the weekend looks amazing – and I love camping, so we’re in! Ever since I was a little girl, splashing about on the campsite in my PJs and Wellies in the mornings, barbequing behind windbreakers in the afternoons and watching the stars at night, it’s given me such amazing memories to cherish. The fresh air, the exercise, the freedom – I can’t wait to take the boys camping again. For this weekend though, we’re going to break out the s’mores kits and have some fun in the backyard, Big Little Tent Festival Style!

There’s so much happening over the festival weekend – including a Zoom party to meet The Mermaid Princess and The Friendly Neighbourhood Hero for fun games, superhero training, and a jolly campfire song! To keep up with all of the fun entertainment, you can download a FREE festival pack [link below] which automatically enters you into a prize draw to win two children’s Raleigh bikes worth £350 each! And that’s not all – if you’d like a chance at winning your own Vango Tyfan tent worth £220, don’t forget to snap away and send the Caravan and Motorhome club your photos and videos of you enjoying the Big Little Tent Festival at home!

The Festival Pack

The pack contains puzzles, bunting, wristbands – everything you need for a fun festival at home! We’ve been making paper chains ready, and we’re stocking up on marshmallows and chocolate ready for the campfire.

You can see what’s on over the weekend here and download your pack too.

Why Join in with the Big Little Tent Festival?

Because it’s going to be amazing fun, that’s why! After spending the entirety of a year at home, if you’ve behaved yourselves like we have here, you probably have surpassed cabin fever status and are writing the book on it. Our boys haven’t had a playdate in over a year, had a day trip out, or have seen their grandparents once. So we need a party – and you probably do too! So open the back door, step into the garden and party!
