POSH PAWS STAR WARS: CHEWBACCA AND FRIENDS [#TESTDRIVETUESDAY]

27 days until we are in Disneyland Paris!  The boys still have no idea whatsoever and I’m still planning like crazy!  There’s so much to get done before then, we have lots of toy reviews coming out on here so look out for them this week and next as I try and clear my calendar for a week of Disney fun with the boys!

Anyway, a new Star Wars movie!!!  Music to our [Mickey] ears.  Solo: A Star Wars Story hits UK cinemas SOOOOO soon, and besides grumbling that we still somehow haven’t managed to get to see the latest Avengers movie, we’re SO happy!  Hans Solo is my favourite [shhhh] character and I’m already mentally buying my Maltesers and Raspberry Evian and booking my ticket to see it.  Except I’m not allowed either of those things as after returning to Slimming World [or “Food Club” as I call it in front of the boys, since being diagnosed with my ear/brain thing, I spent four months indoors without walking more than 20 feet alone, and have managed to gain 24lbs for the pleasure of it.  Yes.  That’s a whole toddler.  So it’s plain old water for me. Haha. Anyway, back to Star Wars.

This week we’ve been having A LOT of hugs with Chewbacca and friends in our home.  Posh Paws, who created our gorgeous Last Jedi Porg have sent us some absolutely adorable Chewies, Yoda and R2-D2 to love.  He’s a HUGE part of the new movie apparently and Lyoto is bursting to see it with his new Chewie on his lap.  We have:

• 10” Chewbacca
• 8” Chewbacca
• R2D2 bag clip
• Chewbacca bag clip
• a Yoda Plush I can’t find the link to, but he’s there I’m sure.

Yotie took Chewie into the forests of IBM to hang out.  That’s the thing with cute plushies – I want to keep them all neat and pretty, and the boys want to get out on adventures with them and frolic in muddy puddles, climb trees and get them as grubby as humanly [or rather, childly] possible.  The fur on the Chewbacca was as silky as a baby bunny and I sighed inwardly as he headed for the brambles with him.  Haha.

The softness, the cuteness, the lovability of them.  Luckily for Hero, they’re all suitable for little ones aged 2 and over.  The other Star Wars characters besides Chewbacca, Yoda, R2-D2 and the Porgs are available – Lyoto now also wants Kylo Ren and Jensen is eyeing up Darth Vader.

That there was a HUUUUUGE life-sized one!  No, wait, I don’t because the boys would want one and he’d scare the living daylights out of me everytime I caught sight of him.
