SNOW! For the first time since 2012, we have snow in Hampshire – and not just the usual amount that we’ve had before. We had LOTS, which meant two snow days and two days of hot chocolate [we’ve run out of mint AND orange Options now, the horror], and some ridiculous trampoline based snowball fights in the garden. Gav even managed to make a little snowman for us, but the snow is the powdery kind and not the snowman-making sticky kind we needed for the job.
World Book day got postponed – which I was SO happy about as I had NO idea what they were going as and Jensen was determined he was shredding trousers to turn himself into Hector from Coco.
Hero decided that he is now big enough to scoot to pre-school at lunchtime which means no more pram pushing for me! I can’t believe that my pram-pushing days are coming to a close.
Being snowed in meant that the hospital called and said they were advising a reschedule on my ear test so I’m now waiting to hear from them again this week for a new date.
There were NO seats at all for Black Panther at our cinema this weekend – boo! We’re booked in for next weekend instead.
The snow is melting – and the back garden doesn’t look as lovely any longer, haha. In fact, it looks horrific, and next door’s cats have pooped there, AGAIN.
World book day has been rescheduled for March 9th – urgh! This is just my luck.
Jensen has become Mr. Sass again and somehow I manage to engage myself with his arguments. Yes, I wonder why I’m arguing with an 8 year old, but there you are. Lyoto has decided that with every argument he has, his life is ruined, and Hero – well, Hero still loves me at least. Haha.
I hope your week has been a good one! I’ve just been told we need to make Mothers’ Day presents with 24 Beavers tonight and I have nothing planned, and no resources. I could scream, super-loudly.
