Afterward we got rained on playing with the water table outside today, which was naturally after I had hung the washing on the line, we headed inside to get crafty for the second time today.
I was searching for the A4 paper when Jensen spotted the blank cards we keep for printing on, and said that he would like to make Granny a card to send. So, I let him get to work. He told me he was
making a very booful (beautiful) one for Granny and was highly selective about which pieces of pasta got a
place on the card. Granny, we’re sure you’ll love it.
The dyed pasta from last night…
This was Jensen’s second time using the glue by himself. He was indifferent to the texture, careful using it and meticulous in peeling it off. Look at those grubby little hands….
I can’t spoil the surprise for Granny by showing you the finished product, so WIP it is I’m afraid…
An important discovery was made by our Little Adventurer
Artist. “ROOK!” I heard (we’re still learning to pronounce Ls, if you
hadn’t guessed…it’s adorable). Anyhow, as I was feeding Baby Dragon on
the sofa he went on… “Yerrow grue! I made yerrow and brue grue!”
Indeed he had.
off to have some snacks now, we’ve got Autumn bark and rocky road bites
to make tomorrow. Dadda is off fighting at a tournament; he’ll need
lots of energy for that 🙂
