My first camera was a Nikon DS3200, an entry level DSLR and it was a brilliant choice.  I learned with him from 2012 – December 2015 when I upgraded to the Nikon D750.  Below is what I carry with me on a daily basis.

I use Photoshop, Lightroom and Canva; on my iPhone I love to use Afterlight and FMS Little Moments.

My bag.  It’s amazing.  I fell in love with it on the Manfrotto Stand at Photokina 2016.  It’s the most gorgeous and perfect camera bag in the world.

We have the same camera, I cannot believe that as your pictures look so amazing. I only have the lens that came with the camera though, I need to invest in more. I've just downloaded Afterlight but I'm not really finding it useful, the brightness bar just seems to make my pictures look strange. I love how you chose your boys names 🙂

Thank you so much for your lovely compliments! Do you use your camera in manual or automatic? Shooting in manual makes such a difference because you can control what and how you want to see things. Let me know if you need any help! 🙂

You take really beautiful photos! I really need to learn how to use my camera. It's in between a point and shoot, and a DSLR. By the way, I had no idea you had FOUR little boys. I have 4 (some not so little) nephews. Your kiddos have some pretty awesome names. I love Lyoto's middle names the best,ha!

I love all of the boys' names–they're creative, but not completely out there so you don't even know they're names. I used to have a Nikon D series to shoot with, but after my dog decided that the flash housing was extra tasty and tore the camera apart eating it (SOB!), I decided to try something new: a micro 3/4th camera. It's basically a DSLR in a super tiny package, and I'm in love. I just want some more lenses for it! 🙂

Ha! I love that you named your camera. I've never heard of a Lens Pen before, what is that? Literally a pen or something different? That's really cool that you have memorable references behind the naming of your boys.

I love that you named your camera I love to name things like that as well. Extra lenses are key to good pictures in my experience. Love the story behind your boy’s names; it’s always great to see why people picked out their kids names.

I have to be the world's worst photographer. I travel a lot, but I leave all the photography up to my husband. He bought a really nice camera about a year or so ago … now if he'd just take the time to learn to use it we'd be all set!

Cute naming decisions! 😀 I've been looking into getting a different camera, looking into a DSLR or a high powered Point and Click. You're photos are awesome, I'm definitely swaying towards a DSLR….. 😀

Omg you named your camera!!!! I think its safe to say we would probably get along I'm real life because I name important things like cameras too hehehe 😉 I also had the lense for my iPhone when I had an iPhone…. And ughhh… I actually miss it! I switched to the galaxy note a few months ago…. Love the phone… But the camera sucks compared to the iPhone with the lenses -_- wanna switch back to iPhone just for the camera lol

I had a Nikon 3000 forever! I just upgraded to a Nikon 7000 and am eagerly learning more of its functions. I have a 50mm but want a 35mm next for sure. I really wanted a wide angle lens but everything seems so expensive! I need to use Afterlight more on my iPhone. My go to app is PicTapGo to edit on the fly!

What a fun FAQ! I always love reading about how families choose names for their children, I think its really unique and interesting! I would love to get a professional camera one day! I think it really makes the difference since the quality is amazing! At the moment I use my iPad or iPhone which is decent at the moment since I am a very new blogger. Anyways thanks for sharing a bit more about yourself!
