IBM Father Christmas 2014 – The Grotto
On Friday night, IBM Father Christmas visited the IBM Clubhouse. He’s not THE Father Christmas, he’s special. We wandered through his magical grotto after checking in with his elves.
The Christmas village was beautiful. Every year I vow to start one of our own.
We met the jolly man, who gave us a mosaic set (Jensen), an animal dominoes game (Lyoto) and a very delicious soft toy dog with a blue nose (Hero). Everyone was very jolly, tremendously grateful, and bopped to the musical snowman as we left the grotto and headed to the hall for some fun.
There are mince pies and mulled wine, gummy sweets and fruit cordial…
… a magic show and disco, Christmas crafts (my boys made me cards!), oversized board games and Jenga…
…and face painting. Nothing says Merry Christmas like a big bat across your forehead.
